Job Description
📍 Location: Eastleigh
💰 Salary: Up to £38,000 base + ~£4,000 bonus OTE
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00am–6:00pm or 7:30am–5:30pm
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a qualified MOT Tester to join their Eastleigh-based workshop. The ideal candidate will be happy to jump into general workshop tasks when MOT work is quiet – a great all-rounder who enjoys variety.
What you’ll need:
- Valid MOT license
- Confident with servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
- Willing to assist with cam belts, clutches, and more when required
- Base salary up to £38k
- Approx. £4k annual bonus
- No weekend working
- 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Birthday off, fully paid
- Christmas shutdown (3-4 days extra, not taken from holiday)
