Pay Rate: £13.84 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts
Week 1: 06:00–14:00 Week 2: 14:00–22:00
Pay Frequency: Weekly or monthly pay available
Parking: On-site parking available
The Role
Pertemps Isle of Wight is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing facility based in Ryde. This is a hands-on role supporting key production processes within a busy industrial environment.
Main duties will include:
- Sanding metal components
- Shot blasting
- Grinding and finishing work
- Supporting production teams to meet quality and safety standards
- General production support tasks as required
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to work as part of a team in a production environment
- Willing to work rotating shifts
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.84
- Weekly or monthly pay options
- Rotating shift pattern
