Job Title: Tube Form Laser Operator – Steel Manufacturing


Location: Wolverhampton


Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)


Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am – 16:30pm (Full Time, Temp to Perm)

 Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tube Form Laser Operator to join a skilled production team on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will operate and maintain tube form laser machinery, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing of tubular and hollow steel sections.

 
 Key Responsibilities:

 

•  Operate and set up tube form laser cutting machines
  
  

•  Work with hollow sections and tubular steel components
  
  

•  Ensure products meet quality and dimensional specifications
  
  

•  Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery
  
  

•  Read and interpret engineering drawings and production schedules
  
  

•  Comply with all health and safety regulations within a busy steel manufacturing environment
  
  

 

 
 Requirements:

 

•  Proven experience operating tube form laser machinery
  
  

•  Background in tubular steel or hollow section manufacturing
  
  

•  Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
  
  

•  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  

•  Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
