Job Description
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton for an Admin / Customer Service Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Take enquiries and book appointments accurately
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Maintain accurate records and update Microsoft Office documents
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
