Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication on mild steel and other materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately to ensure precise fabrication.
- Work to tight quality and safety standards across all welded components.
- Carry out fabrication tasks including cutting, prepping, and assembling components.
- Collaborate effectively within a production team to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures in the workplace.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.50, depending on experience.
- Day shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
