Trainee Spindle Operative to their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with an engineering background who is eager to learn specialist machining skills and develop a long-term career.
As a Trainee Spindle Operative, you will be trained in working with precision spindles—key rotating components used in CNC machines and other high-accuracy manufacturing equipment. This includes
- Assembly and disassembly of spindle units
- Inspection and measurement of spindle parts using precision tools
- Grinding, polishing, and finishing work to ensure smooth and accurate rotation
- Basic fault finding and supporting engineers with spindle repairs
- Working on specialist machinery to maintain top-quality performance
- Ensuring components meet exact engineering tolerances
Full training is provided, so this role is perfect for someone who wants to learn niche, in-demand engineering skills.
Working Hours- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
- Regular overtime available

Requirements - Must have an engineering background (education, apprenticeship, or hands-on experience)
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
