Job Title: Student Lettings Manager
Location: Bath
Salary: £34,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (School hours considered)

Main Duties

Manage a portfolio of over 90 student properties across Bath

Respond to tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance issues, ensuring swift resolution

Conduct regular property inspections, meeting both landlords and tenants

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders

Act as the main point of contact for all property-related matters

Support the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Skills & Experience

Experience: Proven background in property management, ideally within the student or residential sector

Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines effectively

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues efficiently

Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering outstanding service to both tenants and landlords

IT Skills: Confident using property management software, email, and digital tools

Self-Motivation: Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
