About the Role:
As Client Services Manager, you'll:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of client service and internal sales advisors
- Be the go-to point for key clients, managing bespoke orders, artwork advice, and personalised solutions
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction
- Analyse performance data and implement strategies to optimise team success
- Collaborate across departments to ensure every client receives a premium experience
About You:
- Proven experience in client service or internal sales management, ideally in packaging, printing, or manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven
