A leading financial services firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to join their team.

Full time Monday - Friday 35 hours per week. (Two days hybrid is offered after 6 months)
About the Role:You’ll be part of a busy, hands-on team that ensures the smooth daily running of client accounts. From processing transfer requests to collaborating with advisers and colleagues, you’ll help keep everything accurate, timely, and well-coordinated.
Your work will include:
- Processing transfers and client instructions with a focus on accuracy and same-day turnaround
- Liaising with advisers, fund managers, and other providers to keep transfers moving
- Supporting other Operations teams when needed
- Highlighting opportunities to improve processes and service quality
- Helping test or refine internal systems and tools
- Working collaboratively to resolve issues and deliver the right outcome first time

- Confident and clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Highly organised, accurate, and efficient
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, “let’s sort this” mindset
- Ability to challenge existing processes in a constructive way
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Desirable Skills6–12 months’ experience in an admin-focused role (ideally)
Awareness of ISA and SIPP regulations
Experience within a platform or investment operations environment (advantageous but not essential)
Working Hours & Conditions:35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically 9am–5pm)
Background checks will be required (identity, criminal records, financial)
