Our client, a growing FMCG manufacturer with cutting-edge, fully automated production lines, is looking for a Production Technician to join their high-performing team in Telford. If you’re passionate about machinery, love problem-solving, and want to work with best-in-class technology — this is the role for you.
The Role:
Operate and maintain production lines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Identify faults and troubleshoot technical issues on the line
- Lead and support line operators, driving efficiency and productivity
- Conduct line changeovers and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Work closely with development teams to implement improvements and new processes
- Take ownership of your line’s performance and continuous improvement
About You:
- Technically competent with a strong mechanical mindset
- Confident problem-solver who works well under pressure
- Effective communicator who can lead a small team on the line
- Eager to learn new techniques and technology
- FMCG, food, or process industry experience desirable but not essential
- Committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence
