About the RoleMy client is looking for a
Customer Service Specialist to join their friendly Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering first-class service.
You’ll handle customer enquiries across phone, email, and webchat, supporting policy renewals, adjustments, and general administration. Full training will be provided, so this is ideal for someone with great people skills who’s looking to build a career in insurance or customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service across multiple communication channels.
- Manage policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general admin tasks.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and cross-sell products.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional team.
About You- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using IT systems with good attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in insurance or a regulated environment is needed
