Are you an organised, hands-on problem-solver who loves bringing products to life online?
We’re looking for an E-commerce Executive to take ownership of our website and eBay sales — managing everything from product listings to pricing, customer queries to dispatch.
If you enjoy working with technical products, have great attention to detail, and like seeing your work directly drive results, this role is for you.

E-commerce Executive day to day duties

• Create engaging, accurate listings on our website and eBay
• Research technical details (specs, compatibility, usage info) and turn them into clear descriptions
• Photograph and edit product images to a professional standard
• Monitor competitors and set smart, margin-friendly pricing
• Optimise listings for search, visibility, and conversions
• Respond to customer queries with friendly, knowledgeable support
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
• Track performance, spot opportunities, and help improve processes

The successful E-Commerce Executive will have the following skills and experience

• Experience listing products on eBay or an e-commerce site
• Strong written English — especially for technical descriptions
• Confidence handling products, packing, and dispatch
• Good IT skills (spreadsheets, browsers, basic image editing)
• Real attention to detail — accuracy matters here
• Commercial awareness and an eye for pricing and profit

It would be a distinct advantage if you have:
SEO knowledge, experience with technical products, familiarity with eBay Seller Hub, or stock control systems.
