Location: Cardiff – Hybrid (once fully trained)
Pay Rate: £16.47 per hour
Length of assignment: Temporary until end of January 2026 (potential to extend)
Hours: 7.5 hours per day

We’re recruiting for a Membership Administrator on behalf of one of our respected clients. A well-established organisation that truly values its members and its staff.
This is a temporary position running until the end of January, with the possibility of extension. You’ll start in the office to receive full training and support, then transition to a hybrid working pattern once you’re confident in the role.
As a Membership Administrator, you’ll handle inbound calls only, speaking with members about their accounts, helping them update details, process cancellations or answer general queries. Every call is an opportunity to deliver friendly, professional service and make a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from members regarding their memberships
- Process updates such as address changes, renewals, or cancellations
- Accurately record information and maintain member databases
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
