Job Description: Sales Lettings Assistant - City Centre Apartments
Location: Cardiff City Centre
Part-Time | Temporary 25-30 hours per week
£13.00 per hourWe are seeking a confident, motivated Temporary Sales lettings Assistant to play a key role in supporting the sales and lettings process for Student Accommodation. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, ensuring they receive a high-quality customer experience from initial enquiry through to moving in.
The Role:
- Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and social media
- Conduct accommodation tours for prospective residents
- Support the bookings and sales process, ensuring accurate information is recorded
- Assist with marketing activities and events
- Maintain a welcoming reception area and provide excellent customer service
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and partner organisations
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
- Proven sales experience in any sector.
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
The role will be working 12-5 Monday to Friday, but the client may be able to be flexible.
