My client based in Walsall is recruiting for a customer service advisor to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Duties of a customer service advisor include
- Data entry
- Customer service calls to existing customers and occasional cold calling
- Following up quotations
- Assisting the transport office with administration duties
- Updating customers on transport and the progress
