The Offer:

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, early finish on Friday 4pm (No evenings or weekends!)

Location:

Corby, Northamptonshire

The Role:
As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for:

Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.
Performing routine quality checks on finished products.
Loading and unloading materials from the machines.
Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets.

About You:

Proven experience working as a Machine Operative in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
A strong focus on safety and quality.
Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
