Job Description
Hanningfield Reservoir- 16 week contract
£12.60 – £14.74 per hour (depending on experience)
We’re looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to support Essex & Suffolk Water on a 16 week temporary contract.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out general admin duties in line with client requirements
- Producing technical reports and managing filing systems
- Raising jobs for field teams to maximise efficiency
- Creating work packs for field teams
- Maintaining and updating databases and corporate systems
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A flexible, motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently
- Commitment to confidentiality and continuous learning
