  • Ensure all work meets strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Plan and deliver maintenance strategies to maximise uptime and reduce downtime.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, energy use, and project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean and TPM principles.

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

About You
  • Degree or qualification in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in maintenance or engineering management, ideally in heavy industry or manufacturing.
  • Proven success leading teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance systems and reliability engineering.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about safety, efficiency, and developing people
  • Having a drivers licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial due to the location and shift pattern
