The firm delivers high-quality, sustainable building services solutions across education, healthcare, residential, commercial, and specialist technical facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems from concept to completion
• Develop and review technical designs, calculations, specifications, and reports
• Produce drawings and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools
• Mentor junior engineers and support their progression toward Chartership
• Manage project performance, including quality, budget, and programme
• Lead client meetings, site visits, and design coordination sessions
• Drive energy-efficient, low-carbon, and renewable electrical solutions
• Support business development through repeat client engagement and technical leadership

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (BEng, MEng, or equivalent)
• 6+ years’ consultancy experience in building services
• Chartered or working toward Chartership with a recognised institution (IET, CIBSE)
• Strong technical knowledge of power, lighting, containment, and energy-efficient systems
• Proficiency with Amtech, Dialux, Relux, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Confident client-facing and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of UK regulations and standards (BS7671, CIBSE, Part L)
• Full UK driving licence
