💷 Starting salary: £40,000 + company van + benefits
We’re seeking a Customer Care Technician to join a leading residential developer in Plymouth. This permanent role offers excellent stability, variety, and a strong package.
The Role:
- Carrying out new home handovers and demonstrations
- Supporting customers through the move-in process
- Fixing minor defects and completing snagging works
- Liaising with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Feeding back to site teams to help maintain high standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in trades/maintenance, with excellent finishing skills
✔ Strong communication and customer-facing ability
✔ A proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills
✔ Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
