Production Operative

Pertemps Lincoln are looking to hire multiple factory staff members for our customer in Gainsborough. Our customer is a global manufacturer who are growing their site and would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. As a Production Operative, you’ll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet the high-quality standards.

This is a varied role, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of production, including:

• Incoming Goods
• Laser Operations
• Machine Operations
• Stores
• Assembly and Packing
• Despatch

What skills and experience do I need?

• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in production, factory, or manufacturing roles.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various production areas.

 
How much will I be paid?
£12.71 to £14.50 per hour, depending on your experience. Plus, overtime which is readily available in the week and on weekends at time and half or double time.

What hours will I need to work?
You have a choice between 2 shifts. (You will NOT rotate)
Monday to Friday 6AM to 2:30PM (£12.71ph)
Monday to Wednesday (2.30pm-1am), Thursday (2.30pm-12am) (£12.71 +shift premium)
