Job Description
Carlisle | Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm | £12.21 per hour
We’re looking for 3 proactive Administrators to join a friendly, open-plan office in Carlisle.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the logistics and distribution team, helping drivers and staff with day-to-day admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting drivers with paperwork and documentation
- Assisting with onboarding processes and employee contracts
- Handling payment administration
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Working collaboratively with the wider team in a supportive office environment
- Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, friendly approach and the ability to work well in a team
- £12.21 per hour
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Supportive team environment in a modern, open-plan office
- 2 x Temporary Staff required from October 2025 till January 2026
- 1 x Temp-Perm worker
