Reception / Administrator Required📍 Whitehaven ⏰ Part-Time or Full-Time
Our client, a well established Estate Agency is looking for a friendly, organised and professional Reception / Administrator to join their busy Whitehaven office. This important role is often the first point of contact for their clients, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
The Role Based in their Whitehaven office, you will provide a welcoming front-of-house service while supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced estate agency environment.
Key Duties- Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and approachable manner
- Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
- Booking and coordinating property viewings and appointments
- Keeping records up to date on the agency system
- Preparing property details, correspondence and basic documents
- Providing administrative support to negotiators and managers
- Ensuring the reception and front office area remains tidy and presentable
About You- Previous experience in a reception or office administration role is desirable
- Estate agency experience is an advantage but not essential
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment
Working Hours- Part-time or full-time hours considered
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
