Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent opportunity

The Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in the manufacturing process. Your main duties will include:
Operating and monitoring production machinery (training provided)
Bagging Products
Ensuring product is stored correctly
Assisting with vehicle loading
Liaising with production supervisors
Working to set production targets and quality standards
Ensuring your work area is safe, clean, and organised
Working independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
Physically fit - the role involves manual handling
Reliable and punctual - great attendance is essential
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Flexible to work rotating weekly shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday)
