Warehouse Operative – Join a Leader in Freight Forwarding
Shift work - 12 hours - 4 on 4 off - days and nights or 4 on 4 off permanent nights
Base salary £31000 plus between £4000 and £5000 in shift pay.

Your Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring freight moves smoothly and safely:

• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks to load and unload vehicles
• Build and break down Unit Load Devices (ULDs) for air freight
• Handle a mix of import and export cargo
• Use your initiative and teamwork to maintain efficient operations

What We’re Looking For

• A can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Counterbalance forklift license (Reach license is a bonus)
• Experience with ULDs and air freight is highly desirable
• Knowledge of aviation codes is a strong advantage
• Resilience, reliability, and a passion for logistics
