Facilities Coordinator

Location: On-site in Swansea, with occasional travel to other sites
Contract Type: Temporary until 31st March 2026
Salary: £16.91 per hour, 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join the team, based in Swansea. This is a hands-on role requiring strong facilities management expertise and a keen eye for detail, particularly around compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the Swansea site and support other locations in Southwest Wales.
Conduct and manage risk assessments, health & safety checks, fire safety inspections, and ensure all statutory compliance is met.
Meet and greet contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to health & safety standards and site protocols.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records and compliance documentation.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operational delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in facilities management within a multi-site or complex environment.
A full UK driving licence is essential due to travel requirements.
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation, risk management, and compliance.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage contractors and build strong working relationships.
