Job Description
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid working)
Contract: Temporary, until 31st March 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join a public sector organisation based in Wales. This is a temporary position, offering hybrid working arrangements in Cardiff, and is ideal for someone who is pro-active with strong administrative skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain information on spreadsheets and databases
- Take accurate minutes during meetings
- Gather, validate, and ensure the accuracy of data
- Support a range of general administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
