JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 2 + years’ experience
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: £28,000 - £35,000

OVERVIEW:
•The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
•The caseload will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
•You will be liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved
•This role is office based and can be worked on a full time or part time basis
•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
