A respected and ambitious commercial law firm is looking to welcome a seasoned Corporate Solicitor into its busy and expanding Corporate & Commercial team. Known for its strong client partnerships and pragmatic, business-focused advice, the team frequently goes head-to-head with national firms and wins on the strength of its service and deal execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading or supporting on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and shareholder agreements
• Collaborating with senior colleagues on strategic and technically demanding matters
• Taking ownership of client relationships and playing a central role in transaction management
• Drafting and negotiating key corporate documents with a high degree of accuracy and commercial awareness
• Contributing to business development initiatives and strengthening referral networks

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 8+ years of experience in corporate law
• Extensive background in M&A and broader corporate transactional work
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Commercial acumen and a solutions-focused, client-first approach
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• A proactive attitude towards business development and relationship building
