JOB TITLE: Plot Sales Conveyancer
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Plot Sales Conveyancer with a proven track record to handle a busy and varied caseload of plot sales transactions and associated matters. You will act for a range of high-profile property development clients, taking responsibility for plot sales from instruction through to completion, including dealing with part-exchange properties. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a full caseload of plot sales transactions from inception to completion.
• Handling part-exchange properties and associated documentation.
• Setting up new development sites and managing site set-up matters.
• Attending initial client meetings and liaising with panel solicitors.
• Assisting with infrastructure disposals and similar property transactions.
• Supervising and supporting junior staff within the team, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.

THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Demonstrable experience handling plot sales transactions independently.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Strong working knowledge of the legal aspects of residential development and site set-ups.
