THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join its Private Client team. You will oversee a varied caseload of international private client matters, providing expert advice on complex cross-border issues such as pre-immigration tax planning, the statutory residence test, and the remittance basis of taxation.

Your work will encompass global asset structuring, estate, and succession planning for non–long-term residents, lasting powers of attorney, and family governance for international families. You will also advise on the UK tax treatment of investments, including property holding structures, as well as all aspects of offshore trusts, related tax, and fiduciary matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ PQE, with strong technical expertise and experience in international private client matters. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with a keen interest in business development, as well as building new and nurturing existing long-term client relationships. While not essential, proficiency in either French or Italian would be highly advantageous.
