JOB TITLE:  Residential Conveyancer               
PQE REQUIRED:  3+       
LOCATION: Newcastle upon Tyne                 
SALARY: Up to £35,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
A leading firm in Newcastle on Tyne are excited to offer a new opportunity within their conveyancing team. The firm is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancer for its Newcastle office who can fit into their experienced team, ensure a smooth file transition, and manage their conveyancing caseload independently. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring excellent client service throughout.

THE CANDIDATE:
A successful candidate is required to have experience with sales, purchases, transfers, new build purchases, buy to lets, freehold, leasehold, lease extensions, shared ownership, help to buy schemes, and ISAs, remortgage and panel work.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience of company mortgages, equity release, title advice, and rectification.
In addition, the candidate will also need experience liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors, whilst maintaining strong communication and building long-lasting client relationships.
Strong organisation, proactivity, and professionalism are ideal traits for a successful candidate.
