Senior Regulatory Lawyer – Fitness to Practise Lawyer, 5+ PQE, London/ Hybrid, £60,000 - £75,000. •This role offers a unique opportunity to blend advocacy, leadership, and strategic oversight within a professional regulatory environment.

•You will lead a team of in house presenting officers, coordinate assignments for external advocates, and ensure high quality representation during statutory committee hearings.

•While primarily managerial, the role also involves direct advocacy in complex cases, with opportunities to appear before the High Court.

•A qualified barrister or solicitor with at least five years’ PQE is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional regulation or a regulatory environment, along with a proven track record in tribunal advocacy and interpreting complex legislation, case law, and guidance.

•Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential, and experience handling high profile cases is desirable.

•This is a hybrid role, requiring 1–2 days in the office and the remaining worked remotely.
