THE ROLE:

Support a busy property team within a reputable and client focused law firm.
Assist Fee Earners with drafting conveyancing documents.
Manage correspondence and maintain accurate case files.
Schedule and monitor key milestones throughout transactions.
Liaise with clients and other third parties.
Provide administrative and practical support on property matters.
Assist with property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Proven administrative experience ideally within a legal environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
