OVERVIEW:
•The paralegal will support the preparation of cases for review panels and tribunals by collecting evidence, organising case files, and producing clear, high quality documentation
•You will be involved in hearings and work with legal counsel, witnesses, and tribunal personnel to facilitate seamless proceedings
•Two day per week of office presence required
•Experience supporting lawyers in litigation or tribunal work, including working directly with the public is essential
•The organisation is looking for candidates skilled in analysing and summarising documents, managing evidence bundles, and applying knowledge of rules of evidence and administrative law
•Strong organisation, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure
•The ideal candidate will have experience within regulatory frameworks, handling complex cases, drafting correspondence or witness statements, and participating in tribunals
