RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR 5+ PQE, WEST MIDLANDS, £40,000 – £55,000. A great opportunity to join an experienced residential conveyancing team within a specialist firm, offering scope for progression and ongoing professional development. JOB REF: 2248

• The firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least five years’ post-qualification experience
• The role involves handling a high-quality conveyancing caseload generated from a strong local client base and repeat instructions, including freehold and leasehold matters, new build transactions and lease extensions
• You will take full responsibility for managing files from initial instruction through to completion, with the support of administrative and secretarial staff
• The position offers a clear pathway towards progression into a management role
• The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and client care skills, meeting clients face to face and delivering a consistently high standard of legal advice and service
• There are genuine opportunities for long-term career development within a supportive and friendly working environment
