JOB TITLE:  Personal Injury Solicitor (Military Claims)                  
PQE REQUIRED: 5+        
LOCATION: Greater Manchester                 
SALARY: £45,000 DOE                     

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of military claims, encompassing both litigated and pre-litigated matters, as well as overseeing industrial disease claims where required. This role demands a high level of autonomy and the ability to handle complex and high-value cases from inception through to resolution.
Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, who can demonstrate a strong background in handling complex claims. Experience of fast-track and multi-track litigated cases is essential, particularly those involving both short-tail and long-tail disease claims, alongside broader industrial disease matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a demanding and high volume caseload, with a thorough understanding of litigation procedures, the Civil Procedure Rules and the relevant regulations and legislation governing military claims. A proactive and organised approach, coupled with sound technical expertise will be key to success in this role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, counsel and other stakeholders while consistently delivering exceptional standards of client care.
