Real Estate Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Liverpool, £52,000 - £55,000 (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop a specialist property practice within the primary care and healthcare sector, working on high-quality, varied and often innovative matters for a national client base. JOB REF:2601.

THE ROLE:
• You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients across a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on primary care premises and NHS-related work.
• The role offers early responsibility, strong supervision, and real scope to develop client relationships and a sector specialism.
• You will be responsible for a varied real estate caseload, to include acting on the sale and purchase of business premises, negotiating leases and handling landlord and tenant matters and title investigation and reporting
• You will contribute to business development strategies, including presenting as a face of the firm to clients and intermediaries

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE.
• It is essential that you have strong landlord and tenant experience
• You will have exceptional communication, organisation and research skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet strict deadlines
• A proactive approach to business development and profile-raising
