Hours: 21 hours per week | Monday – Wednesday | 08:30-15:30 or 09:00-14:00
Salary: £12,890 per annum
We are seeking an enthusiastic
Annual Review Admin Assistant to join a local school. You will support the Annual Review Manager in preparing and administering all aspects of the Annual Review Process, which involves over 340 reviews each year.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and organise Annual Review documents accurately
- Liaise with staff, parents, and external professionals to schedule meetings
- Maintain records using SIMS and other systems
- Provide daily reception cover and general admin support
- Assist the wider admin team with ad-hoc tasks
Key Requirements- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Flexible, approachable, and able to work on your own initiative
- Confident with IT systems (SIMS, Microsoft Office)
- DBS check required (or willing to obtain)
