We’re working with a well-established, fast-growing business within the food and hospitality supply space who are looking to add a confident, commercially minded Telesales / Account Executive to their customer support team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts, and spotting opportunities to grow business — rather than hard selling.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact while proactively identifying opportunities to increase order value, re-engage lapsed accounts, and support the wider field sales team. It’s a great mix of inbound account handling and targeted outbound activity.

Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online ordering platforms
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new, existing, and lapsed customers
- Proactively contact customers to promote products and drive additional sales
- Act as a trusted point of contact, providing product knowledge and tailored solutions
- Identify sales trends and opportunities within customer accounts
- Book qualified appointments for external sales representatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including call activity and follow-ups
- Feed back customer insights to support wider business improvements
What We’re Looking For
Essential:- 2+ years’ experience in sales, telesales, or account management
- Strong customer service background with a commercial mindset
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Target-driven and motivated by results
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Strong IT skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
Desirable:- Experience within hospitality, foodservice, or a related sector
- Exposure to account management or B2B sales environments
