Location: CV35 9JY
Pay Rate: £12.52 per hour + Overtime (x1.5)
Hours: 39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:15
Friday: 06:00 – 11:15
Contract: Long-term ongoing
About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in CV35. This is a long-term, ongoing position with excellent benefits and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order picking using hand scanners
- Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch
- General warehouse duties to support smooth operations
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We Offer:
- £12.52 per hour plus overtime paid at x1.5
- 39-hour working week with an early finish every Friday
- 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory bank holidays
- Long-term, stable employment with consistent hours
About You:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with a positive attitude
