The RoleThe company is seeking a CRM Manager to join on an initial 6-month contract, with the strong potential to move into a permanent role. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the London office, 2 days from home).
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering CRM campaigns end-to-end, ensuring strong customer engagement, retention, and measurable growth. You’ll collaborate with senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to drive impactful campaigns that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute CRM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle
- Build automated workflows, triggered journeys, and segmented campaigns
- Write and edit engaging email copy that aligns with brand messaging
- Run A/B and multivariate testing, analysing results to optimise performance
- Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance with GDPR and best practices
- Produce campaign performance reports and dashboards, turning insights into action
- Collaborate with content, design, and wider marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years’ experience in CRM/email marketing within a B2B, SaaS, or services environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM/marketing automation platforms (Customer.io preferred, but Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Klaviyo etc. also valuable)
- Proven track record in building automated customer journeys and advanced segmentation
- Skilled in A/B testing, analytics, and campaign reporting
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy compliance
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach
