Job Title: Procurement Trainer (Permanent)
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications, pro rata for part-time roles)
Hours: Full-Time (38 hours) or Part-Time (19 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent | Fully Remote

About the RoleAs a Procurement Trainer, you will deliver high-quality training and support to learners studying CIPS qualifications and Level 4 Procurement Apprenticeship Standards. The role is fully remote, with both part-time and full-time options available, offering excellent flexibility whilst being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and impactful online training sessions across Procurement and CIPS programmes.
- Create lesson plans, mentor learners, and guide them throughout their qualification.
- Design and deliver industry-led content covering knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
- Monitor and track learner progress, providing feedback and academic support.
- Mark and assess learner work to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Deliver sessions through platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Classroom.
Essential Skills & Qualifications- A recognised teaching qualification or prepared to work towards (e.g., AET, Cert-Ed, PGCE).
- A minimum Level 4 CIPS qualification (MCIPS highly desirable).
- Strong background in Procurement or Purchasing.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or teaching
- Understanding of Apprenticeship Standards and delivery requirements.
- Passion for Learning & Development and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
