Administration & Call Handler to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and providing excellent administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
- Accurately log information, messages, and call outcomes
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries as required
- Handle email inboxes and respond to queries promptly
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
About You- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering great customer service
- Previous admin or call handling experience is an advantage but not essential
