Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts
- Week 1: 07:00 – 15:00
- Week 2: 15:00 – 23:00
About the Role Production Operative/ Pallet Stocker role :
We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to join a busy production environment in Headcorn, Kent. This role involves stacking products from the production line onto pallets, ensuring safe and efficient handling of heavy items.
Production Operative/ Pallet Stocker Key Responsibilities
- Safely lift and stack products from the production line onto pallets.
- Maintain a fast working pace while ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for manual handling.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Must have a valid driving licence and own transport (due to location).
- Ability to safely lift heavy items and work on your feet for long periods.
- Good stamina and physical strength.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ongoing role with potential to become permanent.
- Weekly pay at £12.21 per hour.
