Job Description
We’re recruiting Traffic Marshalls / Car Park Operatives / Car Park Attendants for a temporary position in Shoreham. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working outdoors, this could be a great short-term opportunity.
About the Role
- Location: Shoreham
- Contract Type: Temporary (13th - 24th December 2025)
- Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
- Working Pattern: Includes weekends; outdoor work essential
- Hours: Start between 08:00 - 09:00, finish 20:00
Key Responsibilities
- Safely direct and control vehicle movements within your designated area
- Ensure pedestrian safety at all times
- Follow and enforce site traffic management plans
- Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and customers
- Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe behaviour immediately
- Support general site operations when needed
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Flexible and able to work weekends as part of the rota
