The Role 
As an Account Manager, you will:

• Build and manage long-term client relationships (SMEs through to global organisations)
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet diverse client needs
• Source and attract talent through networking, advertising, and proactive search
• Manage existing key accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Grow and expand your client portfolio in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

 About You

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Management, or a B2B client-facing role
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to succeed
• Confident networker with excellent communication skills
• Motivated, resilient, and results-focused
• Full UK driving licence
