  • Work with developers and cross-functional teams to implement fixes and long-term solutions.
  • Track progress, escalate risks, and ensure ownership of resolutions.
  • Support testing and validation of system fixes before deployment.
  • Build and maintain reconciliation processes for existing and new workstreams.
  • Query and interpret complex datasets (SQL proficiency essential).
  • Document all fixes, enhancements, and process changes.
  • Support new sales channel launches and system integration projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and Change Board activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members when required.

About You
Essential:
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with integrated business systems.
  • Skilled in using ticketing/incident management tools (SysAid, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong documentation skills with a process-driven mindset.

Desirable:
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, and POS systems.
  • Understanding of margin reporting and inventory valuation.
  • Exposure to new sales channel integrations.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention or operational risk.

What’s on Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Pension scheme
  • Long service awards
  • Employee discount
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
