About the role
Our client is looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Transport Administrator to join their team in Magna Park, Milton Keynes. This is a mixed role, splitting time between warehouse duties in the morning and office-based admin work in the afternoon.
This role would suit someone practical, organised, and happy to combine physical work with basic administration.
Morning duties – Warehouse-based- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Locating and sorting parcels
- Moving cages within the warehouse
- General warehouse support duties
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
Afternoon duties – Office-based- Keying delivery and transport information into the system
- Handling basic driver queries
- Supporting the transport team with admin tasks
- Updating records and paperwork
- General office support as required
Skills & experience- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Previous warehouse or admin experience beneficial but not essential
