Accounts Receivable & Banking Senior - Hybrid

We are working with an established retail business seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Banking Senior to join their finance team. This is a hands-on role responsible for reconciliations, cash management, reporting, and supporting day-to-day financial operations across multiple sales channels.
 
Key responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Banking Senior:

• Daily posting and reconciliation of sales across all channels and tender types.
• Allocating receipts and managing partner debtor accounts.
• Cash reconciliations and support with daily banking reporting.
• Month-end reconciliations and reporting between finance and ERP systems.
• Monitoring aged debt and resolving late payments.
• Liaising with internal teams, partners, banks, and auditors as required.
• Supporting senior finance management and covering key functions as needed.

 
The successful Accounts Receivable & Banking Senior, will have/be:

• 5+ years’ experience in accounts receivable or cash management.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Methodical with a proven track record of maintaining controls.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment and improving processes.
